Local Alchemy

J is a phantom who walks among us in Brooklyn (look, it's a traumatic actually being from Salem thing;) A begrudgingly altruistic being somewhere between the pale, sometimes wearing a veil, and while geographically adjacent, more down to earth than the Willam Vale. Aiming to inspire culinary creativity in an accessible, playful, waste-reducing, and (god forbid) actionable/adoptable manner.

Upcoming Workshop: Cliamte Week, Food Waste, Infused Oils and Vinegars - Sept 22nd 6:30pm EST @ Maison Jar

In this workshop, we focus on upcycling some of the most common food scraps in our kitchens and community. J will demonstrate and demystify a myriad of accessible techniques that anyone can apply to their everyday cooking routines; Not only to reduce food waste (which has a massive impact on our climate and pocket books,) but to also add more ease and even personal flair to the dishes you prepare!
